How Easton Sports Teams Can Streamline Jersey Ordering in 2026

Every season, coaches and team parents in Easton and the Lehigh Valley face the same headache: collecting paper order forms, chasing down check payments, and double-checking that little Johnny’s jersey number isn’t printed as #12 on one sheet and #21 on another.

When you’re trying to focus on practice and game strategy, managing team apparel shouldn’t feel like a full-time job.

A Smarter Way to Order Team Gear in Easton, PA

At Vinyl Press USA we built a simple solution for local school teams, boosters and youth leagues: dedicated online team stores. Here’s how it works:

1. We build your custom store. Send us your logo, roster and the gear you want — jerseys, fan tees, hoodies, hats.
2. Parents pick their player — no paper forms. Families visit your team’s link or scan a QR code. A drop-down lets them choose their player, and the jersey name and number fill in automatically.
3. No individual up-front jersey payments. For official team jerseys, parents check out at $0. Their selections are recorded and the full team order is billed to the coach or organization on one master invoice.
4. Fan gear in the same cart. Want a family fan tee or an extra hoodie? Parents pay for their own add-ons at checkout, while the required uniform stays on the team order at no charge.
5. Sorted and bagged by player. With our sorting & bagging option, every order is folded, bagged and labeled by player name before it’s delivered to practice — no sorting piles of shirts in a gym parking lot.

Built-In Fundraising for Boosters and Leagues

Add a small markup to fan gear and it’s paid out to your team or booster club — an automatic fundraiser that runs while parents shop.

Whether you run a local soccer club, Little League or school spirit group, launching a team store costs as little as $25. Local pickup is available at our shop at 925 Northampton Street in Easton.
