Because most Vinyl Press items are printed to order, we can't accept returns for change of mind, wrong size chosen, or errors in artwork you approved. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from your approved proof, contact us within 14 days at orders@vinylpressusa.com or 610-483-2948 with photos, and we'll reprint it or refund you. Stock items not custom printed can be returned unused within 30 days for a refund (shipping not included). Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
